Returns or Exchanges

Thank you for choosing BuddyPet LLC products! To ensure your satisfaction with your shopping experience, we have established the following refund and return policy. Please read these terms carefully to understand our return and exchange conditions, procedures, and processing time.

Return Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The following are the return conditions:
The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories.
The product must not have been damaged or contaminated during shipping.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you can request an exchange when returning the original product. Exchanged products must meet the same return conditions as above. Please specify the product you wish to exchange when requesting an exchange.

Returns Process
If you decide to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Obtain Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return authorization information and a return address.

Prepare Return Package: Please repackage the product to ensure safe shipping. Send the return authorization information back with the product.
Return Product: You can choose to use any reliable courier service to send the product back to our designated address. Please keep the shipping receipt for future reference.

Processing Time
After receiving the return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Once processed, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that banks or payment processors may require additional processing time to complete the transfer. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: Normally, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to incorrect shipment or a defective product.
Exchange Shipping: If an exchange is due to a quality issue or incorrect shipment, we will cover the relevant shipping costs.
